Grate Gajar nicely and keep aside.

Heat Ghee, add grated Carrot and sauté for few minutes so that carrot turns soft. It takes around 5-6 minutes

Add milk and keep stirring in between. Cook under medium flame and gradually milk will start evaporating.

Add sugar and cook further so that water released from sugar is dried up. Then add cardamom powder and mix well.

Lastly add chopped almonds and stir well, cook for 1-2 minutes.
Halwa is done.
