Ingredients

1 cuppancake mix (Kodiak cakes preferred)
1/4 cuppumpkin puree or canned pumpkin
1 1/2 tsphoney
1 tbsppumpkin pie spice
1 tspvanilla
1 cupwater
Dashsalt
1 scoopvanilla protein powder
1 tbspcanola oil

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl

Heat waffle press

Spray waffle press with cooking spray and add mixture
4

Cook for about 1 minute depending on what size waffle maker you’re using

Serve topped with peanut butter
