Stuffed Radish Paratha is yummy shallow fried Indian bread belonging to Punjabi cuisine. This easy recipe uses stuffing prepared with shredded mooli, mooli leaves and various other spices. It is a perfect, easy to carry dish for long journeys and picnic and brings a welcome break from routine stuffed alu paratha as it has little spicy touch.

Stuffed Radish Paratha is yummy shallow fried Indian bread belonging to Punjabi cuisine. This easy recipe uses stuffing prepared with shredded mooli, mooli leaves and various other spices. It is a perfect, easy to carry dish for long journeys and picnic and brings a welcome break from routine stuffed alu paratha as it has little spicy touch.

First upon wash, peel and grate the radish with small eye of the grater. Then add 1tsp of salt to the grated radish, mix well and keep it covered for 2 minutes.

Now in meanwhile take a big vessel, add wheat flour, salt and mix well. Then little by little, add water and prepare a soft dough. Then add 1 tsp oil to the dough and knead till the oil is incorporated in the dough. Cover the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.

After 2 minutes, check the mooli, squeeze well, and remove the excess water. Then take a bowl, add grated Mooli, grated ginger green chilli paste, cumin seeds, carom seeds, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander cumin powder, dry mango powder.

Now add finely chopped coriander leaves, and finely chopped Radish leaves, and mix everything well.

Now take a small portion of dough, and give it a round shape.
Then spread the dough, make it like a bowl and fill the Mooli Stuffing. Then close the dough from all sides and prepare a round ball. Coat the dough with flour and roll it to medium thickness. - 8

Now place a tawa on flame, and heat well. Then place the prepared paratha on tawa and roast paratha with oil till turns golden and crispy on both sides.

Now our amazing Stuffed Radish Paratha is completely ready for serve. Serve with masala yoghurt Or pickles and you can enjoy it.
