Assemble ingredients, steam cauliflower florets upto 80 %.

Make paste of cumin seeds + coriander seeds + red chilli + green chilli + ginger and make a smooth paste by adding little water.

Fry cauliflower florets in 2 tbsp Oil till slight golden and keep aside.

In moderately heated pan / kadhai, add oil, add bay leaf + cumin seeds and allow to crackle, then add chop tomatoes + salt + masala paste + turmeric powder and sauté till masala leaves oil.

Then add water 2.5 cup warm water and wait for 3-4 times boil. Add fried cauliflower + boiled green peas and stir well.

Now cook further for 3-4 minutes under medium flame by covering lid.
Lastly add ghee + garam masala, simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes and dish is ready. Add coriander also and mix well.
