Pour 1 1/2 cups water, orange juice, lemon juice, vinegar, and soy sauce into a saucepan and set over medium-high heat. Stir in the brown sugar, ginger, garlic and red pepper flakes. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat, and cool

In a bowl mix the flour, constarch,salt, and pepper. Add the chicken pieces with egg and marinate for at least 20 minutes. - 4
Fry the chicken into hot oil till golden brown on both sides. Drain

Wipe out the skillet, and add the sauce. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat in cornstarch dissolved with little water,Mix together the chicken pieces and reduce heat to medium low and simmer for few minutes, and it's ready - 6
Schezwan rice
First heat oil in a wok then add in garlic,ginger and chilli.(salt as required)
Sauté few seconds,then add in the finely chopped vegetables and mix well.
Sauté few seconds, then add in one small maggi cube and mix well.
Now add schezwan sauce and saute a few seconds. Keep the vegetables crunchy. - 7
Now add in rice with soya sauce and toss it up well till all well combined. Serve hot with our orange 🍊chicken...😋
