Ingredients

  • Filling
  • 150 gbutter
  • 100 gsugar
  • 100 gbrown sugar
  • 5tsb cinnamont
  • 2 tbscorn starch
  • Wheat dough
  • 50 gyeast
  • 500 mlmilk
  • 2 tbscardamom
  • 250 gbutter(melted)
  • 200 gsugar
  • 1 kgflour
  • 1 tbssalt

Steps

3 hr
  1. 1

    Mix ingredients for dough together 7 mins.
    Let the dough rise for about 30-40 minutes before filling & 30 minutes after you roll buns.

    Mix butter, sugars and cinnamon & corn starch.

    Bake cinnamon buns at 200C 20 mins

    And enjoy in cinnamon buns!
