Burfi or Laddus are prepared with sesame seeds, jaggery and dry fruits are traditionally prepared in winters. So, here I am making til gur burfi which can be prepared very instantly and with minimal ingredients. Serve it as an after-meal dessert. Sesame seeds and jaggery in combination have many health benefits. Sesame seeds are packed with energy, and are rich in vitamins and minerals where as jaggery is a better substitute for white sugar and is rich in antioxidants.
