Clean and wash & keep methi. Heat ghee in a pan add garlic and onion and cook until golden, then add ginger paste and cook. Make a paste of sesame peanut, roasted besan and curd. Keep aside.

In the onion add chopped tomato& haldi, let it cook and methi chopped and add the peanuts paste, mix well and water salt let it cook, in the end add ghee and give a final stir, simple yet delicious dahi methi is ready.(you can add ingredients according to your choice like dhania zeera powder, red chilli powder and garam masala.)
