  • 50 mlOil
  • 2Cinnamon
  • 2cloves
  • 2cardamom
  • 2Bay leaf
  • 2 Chopped onion
  • 2 tbspGinger garlic paste
  • 2tomato puree
  • 1chopped carrot
  • 2Chopped potatoes
  • 6chopped beans
  • HandfulGreen peas
  • Handful coriander
  • Handfulmint
  • 1/2 tspn Turmeric powder
  • 1 tbspred chilli powder
  • 1 tbspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspn garam masala powder
  • 400 mlcoconut milk
  • 1 tbspSalt

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat a pressure cooker add oil, spices and onion till golden in colour. Add ginger garlic paste, tomato puree cook few minutes.

    Add coriander leaves, mint, vegetables and masala powder cook 5 minutes.

    Add coconut milk, rice and salt cook medium flame in 3 whistles.
