Cabbage & Egg Rice Soup

When people try to lose weight, Rice Soup is considered as a good meal to eat because it is very filling and can be nutritious and low in calories. The main ingredient of this Rice Soup is Cabbage. Protein is important, so I added Egg. This Rice Soup is also a good meal when you are unwell. In that case, I recommend to cook Cabbage very softly.

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

Cut Cabbage into small pieces. Today I cut it into 8-10mm in size. Place in a saucepan, add Stock, bring to the boil and cook for a few minutes.

  2. 2

Add Soy Sauce and Cooked Rice, and cook until Rice is soft. If you are cooking this for someone who is unwell, I recommend to cook very softly.

  3. 3

Taste the soup, add some Salt as required, then add Spring Onion and whisked Egg, and gently stir. When Egg is cooked, it is ready.
