Dry Fruit Laddu

Dry Fruit Laddu, also known as dry fruits ladoo, is a nutritious and delicious sweet, energy balls made primarily from dates and various nuts, and occasionally seeds. It's a popular choice for during winter and is celebrated for its health benefits, as it typically contains no added sugars.
Like I said, there are no added sugars in these energy balls. I used dates, figs, raisins and sweetened coconut for sweetening laddus.
Adjust the proportions of nuts and dried fruits according to personal preference; there are no strict measurements. Ensure that dates are soft as they act as a natural binder for the laddu. For added flavour, consider incorporating spices like cinnamon or nutmeg and seeds like pumpkin and melon seeds..
Dry fruit laddu is not only a delightful treat but also serves as an energy booster due to its rich content of healthy fats, fiber, and essential nutrients from the nuts and dried fruits.
Dry fruits laddu stays good for a few days at room temperature and for a couple of weeks in the refrigerator.
These dry fruits laddu is for anyone who is looking for an easy-to-make, rich, and delightful snack which is soul-satisfying and nourishes your body.
