Pumpkin Squares w/Cream Cheese Buttercream

Cooking Instructions

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy (~3 min on medium-high).

Blend pumpkin and eggs; add to sugar mixture.

Combine dry ingredients, add to batter. Mix well.

Bake in greased jelly roll pan at 350 Fahrenheit for 25-35 minutes.

Allow to cool before frosting!

Cream Cheese Buttercream:
-Mix the softened butter and cream cheese together (~3 min on medium-high)
-Add vanilla and 2 cups of powder sugar
-Keep adding powder sugar, up to the full bag, until the consistency of frosting desired. Adding 1 cup at a time.
-Spread on the pumpkin squares and sprinkle with cinnamon and/or nutmeg
