Steps

Rinse and then soak the sabudana pearls in water covering them above 1 inch, for 2 to 3 hours. When they soaked well transfer half cup sabudana in a grinding jar and coarsely grind them. transfer in a bowl.

In the same jar add green peas and coarsely grind it. Take all the ingredients at one place.

In a mixing bowl add coarsely ground sabudana, green peas and mashed potatoes. Mix them. Add chopped onion,ginger,green Chilli and crushed peanuts

Add all powder spices,mix them. Add remaining whole sabudana and chopped coriander leaves. Mix all well together.

Grease your palm with oil. Take a small amount from the mixture and give it cutlets'shape. Make all cutlets.

In a pan add oil and shallow fry all cutlets in batches on medium to high flame until they turn golden brown.
Serve these cutlets with ketchup and enjoy the delishhh snacks.
