Millets Veggies Fritters for Kids

Made with millet and loads of vegetables, these fritters are made with just 1 tbsp of oil and hence are very nutritious and a great option for less oil recipes. They are crunchy on the outside and moist on the inside because of the loads of vegetables sliced thinly. You can serve them with any sauce, chutney or curd of your choice.
These healthy millet veg fritters are a great breakfast. They are rich in protein, fibre and also nutrients like: magnesium, calcium, manganese, B-vitamins, tryptophan, phosphorus and antioxidants. I have used ragi, bajra, maize jowar and rice flour.

Steps

First of all cut all the vegetables into thin and long pieces as shown in the picture.

Now take out ragi flour, bajra flour, maize flour and rice flour in a big bowl.

Mix all the mentioned spices, salt and lemon juice in the flour.

Now add some water and give the prepared mixture a shape of fritters as per your choice

Now grease the pan or non-stick griddle with cooking oil and then put the fritters on it.

Now turn the fritters on both sides and bake them on low to medium flame till they turn golden.
