Christmas Cheesecake Cups

Steps

Preheat oven 325. Line 12 cup muffin tin with cupcake liners.

Crust- combine crushed graham cracker & melted butter. Distribute evenly to 12 cupcake liners. Use bottom of a glass to press crust firmly in place. Bake 5 mins, let cool.

Cheesecake- Combine cream cheese & sour cream until smooth.

Add sugar & vanilla. Mix to combine

Mix eggs 1 at a time, don’t over mix

Add mixture evenly on top of crusts. Bake for 16-20 mins until tops set.

Cool on counter. Then chill in fridge for 1-4 hours

Pipe whipped cream & add strawberry to resemble a Santa Hat
