First off wash rice and soak for 5 minutes.then cook it 5 minutes, in pressure cooker.Heat a Kadhai,add ghee add cloves, coconut and roast it for one minute.

Add jaggery and mix it,stir it,until jaggery is melt,then add cooked rice and mix it nicely,in this time add some ghee and stir it. Cover it and stem for one minute.

Add dry fruits,cardamom powder and mix it.tReady your coconut rice. Garnish with cashews and serve it.serve it.
