  • 2 bowlmoong
  • 3-4green chilli
  • 1 piece ginger
  • 1 spoon salt
  • Oil for fry

30 minutes
  1. 1

    First soak hara moong overnight. In morning moong,chilli, ginger, salt crushed in mixture.
    Chilla better is ready.

    Take pan put on gas and
    heat. Now spread 1 table spoon moong chilla better in round shape. Few oil apply every chilla roasted till brown colour.

    Protein rich Moong Chilla served with green chutney and Sous.
