Boil Macaroni in sufficient water by adding little salt + oil and boil till macaroni turns soft, then wash in cold water so that macaroni doesn’t stick together and keep in colander to drain off excess water.

In moderately heated pan add oil, add carrot + capsicum + corn and sauté for 4-5 minutes under medium heat.Keep

Now in same pan add butter in remaining oil, add onion + garlic and sauté for around a minute then add maida and roast till it turns aromatic It takes around 2 minutes. All under medium flame.

Add Milk and wait for a boil. Then add salt + pepper powder + Oregano and mix well. Cook for around 2 minutes, then add Cheese and stir well.

Stir for around 2 minutes and cheese melts, mixture thickens and white sauce is done.

Add elbow Macaroni + sautéed vegetables and stir well. Cook further for 3-4 minutes and dish is done.
