  • 500 gmmalai
  • 15-20ice cubes
  • 1 tablespooncurd
  • 1 cupwater

    Take malai add curd mix well and keep for 20 minutes

    Take the mixer put the malai add ice cubes or water and grind it

    Remove from mixer and mix well

    Strain water and remove the butter
