  • 3.5 ozsmoked salmon (wild-caught) (100 grams)
  • 1large bunch arugula
  • 4 tablespoonscream cheese (such as Philadelphia)
  • 2-4 slicessandwich bread

    On a sushi rolling mat, arrange the sandwich bread slices to form a rectangle, then spread the cream cheese evenly over the surface.
