Cut the baingan in half, apply oil and rost on gas.
Then chop everything finely.
And pour ginger chilli garlic paste.
And when the baingan cool down, peel them and mash them.
Now when the oil is hot in the pan, add the white part of the green onion that has been sprinkled with asafoetida and let it fry. - 2
Now when the oil is hot in the pan, add Asafoetida add green onion to it and let it saute, then add salt and turmeric and once the spices are mixed, then add the mashed baingan and mix. Add coriander and green garlic leaves on top.

So this is how your green baingan bharta is prepared which will taste very good.
