Ingredients

5-7minutes
  • 15cashews, soaked for 6 hours
  • 2 cupsmango pulp
  • 1 cupcoconut cream
  • 1/4 cupjiggery
  • 2 cupscoconut water
  • 1coconut shell

    Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

    Pour the mixture into coconut shell and glass.

  3. 3

    Top the coconut shell with mango bites and coconut.

    Serve immediately.
