Carrot halwa is a winter favorite for everyone, and everyone has their own way of making it. It's a popular dish at weddings and parties during the winter. First, wash the carrots thoroughly and grate them. Then, put them in a pressure cooker with one glass of milk and cook until two whistles.

Now the carrots are soft. Heat ghee in a pan and fry the nuts, then remove them. In the same pan with ghee, add the softened carrots and cook on low heat.

Add ground cardamom and sugar to the halwa and let the water evaporate.

Add khoya and cream to the halwa and mix well. Then, add the fried nuts.

Once the halwa is fully cooked, add two more tablespoons of ghee for shine and enhanced flavor. Now our carrot halwa is ready, and we can plate it.
