Wash rice and put in a clean pot.

Heat rice on fire and allow to cook for 10min..

Drain water from rice.. wash rice and put back on fire.. add water and allow to cook..

Pour in your blended pepper into the boiling rice.. add salt and allow to cook for 1min.

Chop onion and pour into the rice pot. add your locust beans and Maggi..

Pour in your vegetable oil.. stir very well

Cook till the water dry's off..
