Enoki mushrooms: cut in half, separate strands
Green onion: cut into sections
Cilantro: cut into sections
Carrot, wood ear mushrooms, ginger: julienne
Pork: slice and marinate with a little sugar and soy sauce
Tofu: cut into small pieces
Eggs: beat and mix
Combine the remaining seasonings together

Heat oil and stir-fry the pork slices, after 40 seconds add the carrots, cook until done, then set aside

Boil water until it boils, first add carrots, pork slices, ginger, then add enoki mushrooms and wood ear mushrooms
