Chop the chicken into small pieces, put into a microwaveable container and pour on the vinegar. Cook on 600W power for about 3 minutes with the lid on (adjust cooking times according to the power of your microwave, but always ensure the chicken is cooked thoroughly)

While the chicken is cooking, make the mayo-miso sauce. Mix all the * ingredients well.

Once the chicken had cooked, pour the sauce on the chicken and mix all well, then heat for another minute in the microwave.

Once done, the chicken is best served with steamed vegetables of your choice such as tomatoes, potatoes, or green vegetables.
