I made bathua Parotha. It's so tasty and healthy. We can serve it with curd, pickle, milk or tea.

Wash bathua leaves and blanch in hot water. Then drain the water. Do not throw away this water but use it for making flour.

Add bathua, green chili and garlic in mixture jar and make pure. Now take both flour and add oil, salt and pure in it. mix it all well and Knead the flour by adding water as required. Give Rast for 10 minutes.

Now Divide the dough into 8 - 9 equal portions.
Roll out each portion into a thin circle. - 4
Cook on a tawa over medium heat for 1-2 minutes on each side by applying oil or butter or ghee until golden brown.

Tasty and healthy Bathua parotha is ready. I Searved with chilli and curd.
