Tofu with Ginger Syrup

When I visited Taiwan, I had very tasty Tofu sweets and when I came back to Japan, I wanted to make it! My recipe is similar, very healthy and with a delicious sweet ginger syrup.

When I visited Taiwan, I had very tasty Tofu sweets and when I came back to Japan, I wanted to make it! My recipe is similar, very healthy and with a delicious sweet ginger syrup.

Prepare a small pot to heat the sugar, water and ginger. Once the sugar has melted, remove from heat and add the Chinese wolfberry fruit.

Let the syrup cool down for a while. Once completely cooled, chill it in the fridge for half an hour.

Pour the chilled syrup onto a dish and scoop in the tofu with a tablespoon. Finally, garnish with a mint leaf and enjoy this simple yet delicious treat!.
