Steps

In a pan heat oil and add finely chopped onions. Fry till golden brown.

Add green chilli ginger garlic paste and tomato puree. Fry till raw smell goes.

Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, choley masala powder, salt to taste. Fry till oil releases.

Add boiled kabul chana, add water if required. Add chat masala and crushed dry fenugreek leaves for enhanced taste. Cook for 10 minutes and garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves.

For Tikki - In a bowl add mashed potatoes, salt to taste, handful of coriander leaves and mint leaves, corn flour. Mix very well and knead a dough.

Apply oil to hands and make lemon size balls. Flatten it into round shape.

In a frying pan heat oil and gently place the tikkis. Shallow fry on both sides till golden brown.

In a plate place the aloo tikkis. Pour choley over the tikki. Add green chutney and sweet chutney.

Serve hot.
