In this winter season we need more energy and we gain more calories by trying healthy dishes. Today we are going to make chicken changezi which is healthier option.
Cooking Instructions

First of all take chicken in Big Bowl then add curd ginger garlic paste. Also add red chilli powder salt and lemon juice make it well and cover it with our chicken. Keep this marinated chicken at least 30 minutes. Simultaneously gravy preparation will be start for that first take chopped onion garlic cloves Ginger cashews and make a fine paste. Here you can roast also it is optional you can directly also make paste.

Then grind it and make a nice fine paste. Now keep kadai or pan and add oil in it, now add kada masala.then add marinated chicken.fry in that oil for next 10 minutes from all sides.

Now you can add tomatoes in your mixer jar and again you can grind it your paste is ready. After 5 to 7 minutes add paste in it and then again add red chilli powder, salt, kasuri methi leaves and mix it well.

Mix it well and add water in it. Then keep lead and keep on medium flame for next 15 to 20 minutes so that you are chicken changezi will be ready. Add kasuri methi and coriander leaves in it. Serve recipe with roti chapati Naan kulcha rice.
