Make dough from flour and keep it aside.

For filling - mashed potatoes.
Heat cooking oil in a pan add mashed boiled potatoes and boiled peas with spices such as red pepper powder, chaat masala or amchur powder and salt.

When filling of potatoes cools down then take small portion of dough and make a small ball then press it and give small bowl shaped to that dough ball.Put fillings in that dough bowl and then cover it from all sides by the dough of bowl walls to make filling filled ball of dough then press it from palm to slight flattened it.

Make many slightly flattened filling filled balls of dough then put some in preheated cooking oil and fry it golden brown 🟤.

Enjoy with daal that already discussed salad 🥗 of onions and tomatoes and Raita or curd.
