Here we have the summer season and we are full of different types of mangoes, so today I made mango Suji cake using "apple mango"..
This suji mango cake is a delicious teatime treat or a good option to satisfy your sweet tooth. You will get amazing flavour of mango throughout the cake. It is a bit healthier version of a regular cake as it replaces plain flour with semolina and natural flavouring of mango.
Furthermore mangoes are naturally sweet so you will need lesser sugar to make the cake. You do not need any fancy ingredients to make this cake. That is why i'm a big fan of this recipe. It is eggless, refine flour free and kids friendly too.

Steps

Wash and cut the ripe mango,then make a pulp in the mixie without adding water or milk.
Make other ingredients ready with correct measurements. - 2
Take semolina and sugar in a mixer jar and grind them.
Then transfer in the mixing bowl.
Add Mango pulp and mix nicely.
Cover it and give it a rest for 15 minutes.
Meantime grease the cake tin ready. - 3

Pre heat the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
After resting, add half of the almond,cashew and tuty fruity.
Mix it.
Now add butter,baking powder and milk.
Mix gently.
Pour the mixture in the baking tin.
Tap 2-3 times and level the mixture.
Sprinkle the rest of the cashew, almond and tuty fruity.
Put it in the oven and bake it for 35 minutes. - 5

When the cake is ready, remove on the baking rack.leave it for 10 minutes to cool down.
After that cut it..
Serve it with tea.
Enjoy..
