Ingredients

2persons
  • 1 bottlelocozad bottle of vegetable oil
  • 5fresh pepper(blended)
  • 1and half onions bulb(chop)
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 3maggi cubes
  • 5fresh tomatoes(blended)
  • halftubber of yam(peel and chopped)

  1. 1

    Peel and wash yam,and chop into desire pieces,put your pot on the fire and add your oil to it,salt can be used on the oil if you want to

  2. 2

    Allow the oil to heat and add your chopped yam into the oil, the yam should fry for 10minutes,don't forget to turn each side so it could fry properly

  3. 3

    Remove the yam from the oil, when it is properly fried.reduced the oil to a smaller quantity and add your chopped onions to it, while it is frying put in your blended tomatoes and pepper

  4. 4

    You stir them together to prevent it from burning, add your maggi and salt and continue stirring

  5. 5

    Stir for 15minutes and add a little amount of water,cover the pot and allow it to boil for 5minutes

  6. 6

    Drop the pot and serve the food
