Sausage gravy

This is the best sausage gravy I think there is around. May not be so great for you but oh is it good. It always disappears so quickly.Its so good paired up with bacon and I like to dip my bacon in maple syrup when I have this. Hopefully it's not too weird! lol

In a large skillet with high sides over med high heat brown and crumble sausage and DO NOT DRAIN

Stir in flour and mix in well for 1 minute

Stir in milk and heavy cream bringing to a boil whisking till thickened then lower heat if you like add a touch more milk and continue to cook and wisk till desired thickness and add in salt and pepper to taste

Served over baked buttermilk biscuits
