Ingredients

4-6 servings
  • to tasteground black pepper
  • to tastesalt
  • 1/2 cupsour cream
  • 1 teaspoondill weed
  • 2large English Cucumbers

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash Cucumber well. Peel leaving strips of peeling. Slice down the middle length wise and remove seeds.

  2. 2

    Cut thinly, add the sour cream and mix.

    Add the dill weed and salt

    Put into a bowl then let each add ground black pepper. I hope you enjoy!
