Steps

Clean and roast sesame seeds till crackle.cool.In a mixer jar add til and grind finely.

In a pan add jaggery one tspoon ghee, one tablespoon water.Make syrup till getting bubbles.

Add til powder and cardamom powder.Mix well.Add into greased tray and spread evenly.Add chironji and press.
- 4
Cut into small Enjoy Sankranti festival.
