Bhogi bhaji

#KB before Sankranti bhogi came and for this bhogi festival Maharashtrian people can prepare bhogi bhaji and bajra roti. It is tradition dish for this day. Today we are going to make bhogi bhaji. For this bhaji all available vegetables are used.

Steps

First of all take all vegetables and wash throughly. Then chopped and pieces vegetables like brinjal,potato carrot etc. now take vessel and keep on medium flame add oil and make tadka with the help of mustard seeds, asafoetida, cumin seeds and curry leaves. And then add chopped onion in it.

When onion become transparent add coconut, ginger, garlic paste In it. Then add vegetables one by one and soute it for next 3-4 minutes.

Now add Kanda lasun masala, garam masala, salt in it. mix it well and then add hot water. Keep this mixture on medium flame for next 7 to 10 minutes then add crushed peanuts and mix it well.at last add chopped coriander.

Serve this bhogi bhaji with Bajra roti.
