This is a very healthy, delicious, and soft gajak - burfi everyone can enjoy. You can make soft ladoos also.
Steps

Roast sesame seeds and peanuts separately. When cools, remove peanuts skins. Grate jaggery.

On a pulse mode of mixer jar, grind coarsely til and moongfali separately.

Take a pan, add jaggery with water. Stir constantly on low flame. Jaggery melts, and bubbles start. At this point, add ghee, grounded til, peanuts, and cardamom powder.

Mix well. Turn off gas, but still stir. It turns in a soft dough. Transfer in a greased tray. Sprinkle chopped dryfruits and some sesame seeds and rose petals to garnish. Keep aside to set.

Make cuts. Enjoy a very delicious, healthy, and soft til moongfali gajak.
