Ingredients

1 bun
  • 1bun (even better if it is sweet)
  • 50 grbutter at room temperature
  • 1 tbspfruit jam (I used strawberry jam)

  1. 1

    Slit the bun into halves. Apply moderate amount of butter on both the slices.

  2. 2

    Apply jam on 1 slice. Close the bun with another slice. Cut it criss cross to make 4 pieces.

    Apply butter moderately on the top.
