Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlcooked rice
  2. 2chicken tenders (tendons removed)
  3. as neededSliced onion,
  4. 1egg
  5. 1 tablespoonwhite dashi
  6. 1 tablespoonmirin
  7. 1 teaspoonsugar
  8. 2 teaspoonssake
  9. 2 teaspoonssoy sauce
  10. 1/4 cupwater (50 ml)

Steps

  1. 1

    Add all the seasonings to a frying pan and bring to a light boil.

    Add the sliced onion and cook lightly, then cut the chicken tenders with kitchen scissors and add them to the pan.

    For convenience, I use frozen sliced onions from the store.

    Once the chicken is cooked, add 2/3 of the beaten egg.

    When the egg starts to set, add the remaining egg.

    Serve over the rice.
