Steps

Add all the seasonings to a frying pan and bring to a light boil.

Add the sliced onion and cook lightly, then cut the chicken tenders with kitchen scissors and add them to the pan.

For convenience, I use frozen sliced onions from the store.

Once the chicken is cooked, add 2/3 of the beaten egg.

When the egg starts to set, add the remaining egg.

Serve over the rice.
