1/4red pepper
1/4yellow pepper
1small onion
1carrot
150 gsliced beef
1/3 cupsoy sauce
1/3 cupketchup
1garlic clove
1 tbspolive oil
1 gParsley

Fry your beef for about 3-4 min on high heat and remove it from the pan

Add in your veggies, fry them for 5 min, add in garlic, ketchup & soy sauce.

Add in the beef and cook for another 3-4 minutes till sauce thickens.

Plate up with some rice or noodles, add some parsley for garnish
