CHOLE ALOO DRY CURRY with BOILED BROWN RICE
Steps

Firstly take a pan, add 2 tbsp oil, heat it. Fry aloo pcs till light brown, keep aside.

Take a wok, add rest of the oil, heat it. In goes ginger garlic, saute it until light brown.

Add in onion paste, mix it well, sprinkle lil water, mix it well, cook it until brown.

Now add haldi powder, dhania powder & red chilli powder, sprinkle lil water, mix it well, cook it until oil has oozed out.

In goes tomato & salt, mix it well, cook it covered on low flame until tomato becomes mushy.

Open the lid, add in garam masala powder, kashmiri red chilli powder & kasoori methi, mix it well.

Now add coconut milk, mix it well, cook it until oil has oozed out.

Add in boiled chole & fried aloo pcs, mix it well.

In goes 1 cup hot water, mix it well, give a boil. Cook it covered on low flame until gravy turns saucy. Turn off the flame, open the lid after 10 minutes.

Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with a dhania sprig.

Soak brown rice in water for 1 hr, boil it till completely done, strain it, keep aside.
Pair it with chole aloo curry...
