Braised Pork Ribs with Onions
A special dish usually made during the New Year. In 2025, I want to record more of my mom's and grandma's recipes on Cookpad.

Marinate the pork ribs evenly with the marinade and refrigerate overnight.

Slice the onions, slice the ginger, and cut the green onions into sections.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan, then sauté the ginger slices until fragrant.

Add the white parts of the green onions and the sliced onions, and stir-fry until the onions become translucent. Transfer to a stew pot for later use.

Pan-fry the pork ribs until both sides are browned, then place them in the stew pot.

Add Shaoxing wine, rock sugar, and the green parts of the green onions. Add water until it covers the ingredients.

Simmer over medium-low heat for 30 minutes until the ribs are tender.
