Preheat oven to 350°F

Put rice in mixing bowl. Add 1 tbsp rice vinegar and a splash of sesame oil. Mix. Place rice in cooking dish and top with furakake and sesame seeds.

In same mixing bowl, take chopped crab and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Add 1/4 cup mayo, 1.5 heaping tbsps cream cheese, and a drizzle of sriracha. Mix. Add to top of rice.

Cook in oven for 15-20 minutes. Once baked, top with sriracha, spicy mayo, and green onions. Serve with cucumber slices in nori sheets.
