Ingredients

  1. 150 grava (suji)
  2. 300 gwater
  3. 1 onion
  4. 100 green vatana
  5. 3 tomato
  6. 2 green chilli
  7. Half teaspoon Turmeric powder
  8. Salt as taste
  9. Half teaspoon red chilli powder
  10. Half teaspoon sugar
  11. 5/6 Sweet neem leaves
  12. Coriander

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl of rava and fry it till it turns pink, then take it off the heat and add 2 teaspoons of oil to it, mix well and keep it aside.

    Then add green chillies, green peas, onions, carrots, coriander and neem and take oil for frying. Now put 3 spoons of oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and neem in the oil and fry till the onions turn pink. Then add carrots, peas, green chillies and everything in it and mix it well and fry it. Then add half a spoon of turmeric powder to it, add half a spoon of red chilli powder to it, add half a spoon of sugar, add half a spoon of masala-e-magic and stir it well. Add 2 bowls of water to

    It and when the water starts boiling, add the roasted rava, mix it well and sprinkle coriander on top and serve hot.
