Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cuptandul pith(rice flour)
  2. 11/2 cupbuttermilk
  3. 1 tspmustard seeds
  4. 1 tspCumin seeds
  5. 1/2 tspasafoetida
  6. 1chopped green chilli
  7. 1 tspturmeric powder
  8. 3-4 curry leaves
  9. As requiredChopped coriander for garnishing
  10. As requiredGhee for serving(optional)
  11. As per TasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds and cumin seeds and crackle them.Now add asafoetida,curry leaves, turmeric and mix.

    Now add buttermilk,salt and rice flour, mix it nicely and take a lid for 7-8 minutes on low flame.

    Tandlachi Ukhad is ready it serve with ghee and garnish with coriander
