Assemble ingredients, mash boiled green Peas and keep aside. Mash Potato also and keep aside.

Add Garam masala + red chilli powder + salt to mashed peas.
Add 3 tbsp Oil to Kadhai / pan, add ginger paste and sauté for few seconds, add the mashed Peas and sauté till moisture evaporates and mixture leaves pan. All to cool.
Add mashed potato to cooked peas and keep aside. - 3
Make a medium thick slurry of Besan + Rice flour + turmeric powder + 1 pinch Salt + Water and make a medium thick slurry.

Make medium size patties or Cutlets. Put Oil to heat.
Dip each patties in the slurry and coat very nicely. - 5
Deep fry in sufficient Oil and fry till golden brown under low to medium flame.

Peas Bhaji is done.
