A simple and delicious dish that combines tender chicken with fresh vegetables—perfect for a family lunch or dinner.

Cut the chicken breast into strips. Peel, wash, and dice the potatoes into small cubes. In a large skillet, heat a drizzle of olive oil and add the potatoes. Cook, stirring often, until the potatoes are soft and golden. Season with salt.

Boil the green beans in salted water until just tender, then drain and set aside. In another skillet, heat a drizzle of olive oil, add the garlic clove and rosemary sprig. When the garlic is golden, remove it. Add the chicken strips and cook over high heat for about 9 minutes, until golden. Season with salt and black pepper.

At the end of cooking, add the green beans and potatoes to the chicken. Cook for a few more minutes, then serve hot.
