  3. 1/2 spoonoyster sauce
  4. 2 spoonschopped garlic
  5. Salt to taste

    In a pan
    Add oil, add the garlic fry it well and the sauces
    With salt

    Then serve it, it’s good healthy and nutritious diet food, I added egg toast it’s optional 😍
